G-FORCE takes place September Through May each year.

This program is designed to allow children grades 1-5 to 'Experience God Full Blast'.  It's a Bible study and worship experience for elementary-aged children all rolled into one. Building off themes that are fun and exciting for kids, G-Force is fast-moving and allows each child to encounter God personally each week in a dynamic, interactive, high-tech environment.

Here's How It Works:
Children who attend Osage School (Upper and Lower Elementary) have the option of riding the Riverview Bus directly after school to G-Force. This requires a permission slip from their parent or legal guardian which must be presented at the school. For transportation from another school please contact the church office at 348-3515 for availability.

1. Registration - As soon as children arrive they are asked to sign in and then are given a small juice.

2. Recreation/Ignition- We give the children an opportunity to stretch their legs after they arrive. During recreation we will play an interactive game or activity (Ignition) to introduce kids to the main point, key verse, and Bible story.

3. Memory Verse - Once the older children (grades 3-5) have completed Ignition they have the opportunity to work on our theme’s scripture memory verses. Completing these memory verses allows them to earn a G-Force ticket for a future reward. The younger children do not have an opportunity to participate in this activity due to their arrival time.

4. Craft – Following Memory Verse the older children have the chance to complete a craft.

5. Velocity - This is the main worship time of G-Force. During Velocity fun songs, a Bible story, and life application lesson are given in the form of a drama.

6. Dinner - Children have dinner provided at the church around 5:00 PM.

7. PowerCel - This time reinforces what was learned during Velocity in small age-appropriate groups through games, discussions, PowerCel cards, and other relationship-building activities.

8. Re-entry - The large group reassembles to review what was learned (ending at 5:45PM).

Following this section of G-Force is Music Makers. This section allows children to worship God through song. On occassion, Music Makers will perform during Sunday morning worship.

If a G-Force participant’s ride is not there by 5:50PM they will be required to attend Music Makers. Children are not allowed to wait around by themselves for their ride home.
